There is parking for 5 cars. We are permitted by the town for this amount and you cannot park more than 5 cars at the house. There are NO exceptions to this rule. This home is the perfect venue for skiers, mountain bikers, hikers, and nature enthusiasts. Trails start right from the front door in summer and an easy ski down to the lifts in winter. For ski-in ski-out access the Painter Boy Lift MUST be open. You will take this lift to Columbine and Homeowners trail which may not be groomed early in the season. This is dependent upon snow pack each year and typically this lift opens in December. If we do not receive a lot of snow you will have to drive to mountain and it is about a 5 minute drive. You also must be an intermediate or advanced skier to ski in and ski out. ***if you’re booking for the winter, all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is required. CHECK-IN: 4 PM CHECK OUT: 10 AM Inquire for early arrival or late departure. PETS Pre-screened pets are welcome for an additional nonrefundable fee of $150. They must be house-trained and stay off furniture, and out of the hot tub. PROVIDED - All bathrooms have Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Hand Soap - Two (2) Bath Towels provided per guest. - Some trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper have been provided. For more, please visit one of our local markets. SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING Outdoor Surveillance cameras are located at the front door for your safety and security. Also, noise monitors are installed to ensure decent decibel levels are maintained. Please ask the host if you have questions or concerns. CHECK OUT CHECKLIST - Load and run the dishwasher an hour before departing. Please clean anything that doesn't fit in washer. - Shut off fire pit propane tanks if used. - Throw away or take any food you brought to the house. - Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to their homes. - Dispose of all trash in the bins. If you have extra trash DO NOT leave it outside the bins as it will attract animals immediately. - Turn off all lights. - Lock all doors and windows. Especially on the patio as the wind can blow and unlocked door open. Cleaning Fee: Our fee is $495 because our home is very large and takes 3 people to clean properly and timely. We pay our cleaning crew a fair living wage and we do not profit any money from this cleaning fee.
